    The course of Contextual Inquiry takes a deep dive into understanding the 'why' behind how to build any system.  With proper evaluation, interview, and brainstorming techniques you can learn about the tools that you want to improve, and more importantly come up with solutions that consumers actually need even if they may not have said it specifically.

    Our team investigated the use of CANVAS as a learning management system tool.  We evaluated the current tool, and came up with new pieces of functionality that would be of great use to both the students and to the professors that are spending the time in the tool in order to present their class.
