Completed a Masters of Business & Science Degree
Many people think that User Experience Design is the 'design' of websites, but this is not the case. A perfect definition of User Experience Design is all about a feeling. It is the feeling you get when you walk up the 'main street' of Walt Disney World, vs. when you walk into the 'entryway' of Six Flags Great adventure. Very different feelings, right? This is User Experience Design at its finest. To come up with the solutions that your customers don't even know that they are looking for you have to research, you have to ask the right questions, and more importantly, you have to listen. Sure, many 'designers' can just 'design' or mock up a website, but the question is WHY are you doing it for WHOM are you building it, and WHY is it important?
