Joomla meeting in Munich

Consider it a week of Planes, Trains and Automobiles in Europe. 

We had the honor of attending the wedding of a camper from ThrillCoaster Tours.  Our camper started attending ThrillCoaster tours when he was 12 years old, now at 29, he requested Ira to be an usher at his wedding in the Dolomites.  Ira and I were thrilled to be a part of this exciting event.  We traveled literally by plane, train, automobile... and a few gondolas to participate in the wedding on the side of a mountain.

While in Europe we spent some time in Munich which is a beautiful city.  Have you heard of the Munich Surfers?  There is a river going through a beautiful park where folks go out on their surfboards and surf!  Yes in the middle of Germany!  It was very cool to see.  We were lucky enough to have the best tourguide, Elisa Foltyn from CoolCat Designs and fellow Joomla Developer met us to give us a full tour of Munich from top to bottom.  We spoke a 'little' about Joomla but most of the time was just appreciating this beautiful city.  Then we met up with other Joomlers, Benjamine, Christiane, Martina and Nadja.  Over dinner we did have an intense Joomla discussion, but then we tried to focus on light conversation and just to enjoy each other's company.

I am so thrilled that I have the opportunity to literally have friends from all over the world.  I wonder where I will meet my joomla friends next!
